The Foundation is small and reads everything that arrives. We aim to reply within five working days. If a message needs more thought than that, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.

This is the Foundation's own address and the only one we use. Anything sent to it reaches the board directly.

A short note about fit, offered so that nobody spends effort on a message we cannot act on.
We are glad to hear from you about
- Professional dialogue, if you work in law, psychology, medicine, social science, or education and see the patterns described in our work.
- A pattern of institutional harm you believe deserves examination, particularly where documentation exists.
- Correcting us. If we have published something inaccurate, tell us and we will fix it on the page where it appeared.
- Research, publication, or convening you would like to propose or take part in.
What falls outside our remit
The Foundation provides no counselling, treatment, or care, takes no individual cases, and gives no legal or medical advice. We cannot act as your advocate in a dispute with an institution, however strong the case. This limit is set out in full on the home page, and it is a real limit rather than a formality.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency service. In Canada, the Suicide Crisis Helpline can be reached at 988, by call or text, at any hour of any day.
What we do with what you send
We use your message to reply to you and for no other purpose. Nothing shared with the Foundation in confidence is published without your express permission, and we do not identify a private person in anything we publish without their agreement. We do not sell, rent, or share contact details with anyone.

We work through good-faith dialogue.
